(Minneapolis, MN) — A Minnesota state trooper accused of killing a driver in Minneapolis last summer is pleading not guilty to all charges. Ryan Londregan entered his pleas yesterday in Hennepin County District Court. Londegran has been charged with murder, manslaughter, and assault in the death of Ricky Cobb the Second last July. Londegran asked for a speedy trial and the judge set the trial date for September 9th. Attorneys expect the trial to last about three weeks.
