(Moorhead, MN) — A rental home deemed unsafe in Moorhead may be demolished unless the owner doesn’t address safety issues. An inspection of the home last year found multiple safety concerns, including electrical and plumbing problems, fire hazards, and non-functioning carbon monoxide detectors. Moorhead City Council has unanimously voted that the home can be demolished if the owner doesn’t fix the safety issues by April 15th.
