(Davenport, IA) — The National Weather Service says the current Mississippi River flood will surpass 1993 as the third biggest flood on record, at least from Dubuque to Camanche. The crest downriver, including at the Quad Cities is expected to end up in the top-five all time of Mississippi River crests in the Quad CIties. The river’s expected to crest in Rock Island Monday at 21-point-six feet.
