Phillips To Evaluate Campaign After Finishing Third In MN Primary

(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips’ longshot bid to unseat President Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee may soon end. Phillips finished third in his home-state primary yesterday, getting less than eight-percent support. Phillips said he plans to evaluate all the Super Tuesday data before deciding whether he will drop out of the race. He also said in a statement that his goal is to make sure Donald Trump isn’t elected president.
