Poll: Majority Of Likely IA Caucus Attendees Believe Trump Won 2020

(Washington, DC) — A majority of likely Iowa Republican caucus attendees believe Donald Trump won the 2020 election. A NBC News-Des Moines Register-Mediacom poll found 51-percent of likely caucus-goers believe the former president’s false claims he defeated President Biden. Forty-one-percent said they don’t believe Trump while eight-percent are unsure. The poll also found that nearly two-thirds of those surveyed believe Trump has not committed serious crimes despite the fact he’s been indicted four times.
