(Ramsey County, MN) — The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office says a repeat offender is under arrest for the 35th time after leading police on a wrong way chase. Authorities say the suspect was arrested Tuesday morning, but hasn’t been formally charged. The suspect was pursued after authorities say they the wrong way down busy Highway 61, leading to several near-misses with other drivers. Court records show the suspect had posted bond on several charges less than two hours before the chase.
