(Credit River, MN) — A 45-year-old woman is facing second-degree murder charges after a deadly shooting in Scott County. Jennifer Leiber was formally charged yesterday in the death of 45-year-old David Nanovic. An autopsy determined Nanovic died Monday in Credit River from a gunshot wound to the forehead. Lieber reportedly told a friend that Nanovic came toward her with a gun and that she kicked at it, causing it to go off. Lieber’s first court appearance is scheduled for next Friday.
