Two Charged With Neglect Following Child’s Death in MN

(Red Lake, MN) — Two people have been indicted in federal court following the death of a child at the Red Lake Indian Reservation. Julius Fineday and Sharon Rosebear are each facing a charge of felony child neglect causing the death of a child. The two are accused of depriving the child of food, clothing, shelter, and adequate care throughout last year, which resulted in the death of the child. The case was investigated by the FBI and the Red Lake Tribal Police Department. The two have not yet made their initial court appearance.
