Upgraded Charge For Spousal Killing in Nebraska

(Aurora, NE) — A Nebraska man accused of killing his wife is facing an upgraded count. KSNB-TV reports Jeffrey Adams of Marquette is now being charged with first-degree murder because prosecutors say the violence was premeditated. Jeffrey Adams allegedly beat Angela Adams to death at their home on February 26th. The new charge could result in the death penalty.
