(Foley, MN) — Xcel Energy is planning a power outage to replace a transmission line in Benton County. The utility says the community of Foley has had recent issues with unplanned outages due to a faulty distribution line. Xcel hopes replacing the line will restore more reliable service to the customers in that area. The outage will occur on March 16th from 7 to 10 a.m.
