101yo Holocaust Survivor To Speak In Sioux Falls

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A 101-year-old survivor of the Holocaust is coming to visit Sioux Falls in a few weeks. Joseph Alexander will speak about his time in Nazi concentration camps, including Dachau and Auschwitz, and how he’s lived his life since as an advocate for peace. The event is called, “Survival & Triumph,” and will be at 7 p.m. on October 18th at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. It’s organized by the Chabad Jewish Center in partnership with the University of South Dakota.
