(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls police is investigating after a car crashed into a house early Saturday morning. Police say the SUV lost control and collided with a tree and house located at 18th Street and 2nd Avenue. Two juveniles were pronounced dead at the scene while five others were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries. Police say several occupants were not wearing seatbelts and speed does appear to be a contributing factor in the crash. It’s unknown if anyone in the home was injured but the identities of those involved are being withheld due to their ages and notification of family members.
