(Sioux Falls, SD) — The second suspect charged in connection with a deadly shooting at Sioux Falls’ Dunham Park is now behind bars. Police say 28-year-old Lamont Burks Jr. from Sioux Falls was taken into custody yesterday in South Carolina. Walter Stewart, the first suspect of the two in the case, was arrested Friday. Both are facing first-degree murder charges. Arrest warrants were issued for Stewart and Burks last Thursday after new evidence was presented to the South Dakota Grand Jury. The shooting happened back in late August, leaving 29-year-old Josh Allen Jr. dead and three others hurt.
