3 Headed to Prison Following Multi-State Meth Ring Bust

(Rapid City, SD) — Three men are headed to prison after being busted in a multi-state meth ring. U.S. Attorney Alison Ramsdell announced Sunday that U.S. District Court Judge Karen Schreier sentenced Chris Janis of Manderson, South Dakota to six years in federal prison. Janis’ sentence also includes three years of supervised release. Dalton Fiala of Buffalo, Wyoming gets a four-year sentence and three years of supervised release, while Richard Glover of Denver receives a sentence of 17 and a-half years in federal prison along with five years of supervised release. All three had pleaded guilty earlier this year to charges related to the large-scale distribution of methamphetamine in Rapid City and on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
