911 Outage Restored

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Multiple states including South Dakota experienced 911 outages Wednesday night. Metro Communications said 911 services have been restored after it was out for approximately three hours. The City of Sioux Falls is hosting a press conference this morning to address the outage. Reportedly, eight other states were affected including, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Florida, Massachusetts, and parts of Nevada, including Las Vegas.
