(Pierre, SD) — A lawsuit is one thing now off Governor Noem’s plate full of issues. The case formed by Travelers United for an ‘undisclosed advertisement’ is being dismissed. The consumer advocacy group filed the lawsuit back in March over a video Noem posted on X where she praised her trip to a Texas dental firm. It was dismissed without prejudice because Travelers United failed to file proof of service. However, a new hearing has been set for June 14th.
