(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls Police say a suspect is under arrest for a homicide from earlier this week. Jimmie David Ledbetter, Junior was arrested on Thursday and charged with first and second-degree murder. Police say they found “suspicious circumstances” surrounding the death of a woman who was discovered in a southwest Sioux Falls residence.
