(Sioux Falls, SD) — There is going to be a lot going on in Sioux Falls over the next few weeks. From Pheasant Fest to basketball, Experience Sioux Falls CEO Teri Schmidt says the city is going to be “booming” with tens of thousands of visitors. More than 30-thousand people are expected just for The National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic. That could jump to 50 thousand with other events including NSIC, Summit League, and State AA basketball championships. Local restaurants, hotels, and other businesses say they are ready for the March madness with extra staffing and experience from previous years.
