(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Brandon man is going to prison for a hit-and-run that killed a motorcyclist in Sioux Falls last summer. Anthony Surdez was sentenced to ten years yesterday for the hit-and-run, vehicular homicide and drunk driving in the death of Jonathan Paulsness. The crash happened at the intersection of Arrowhead and Veterans Parkways last July. It was the 38-year-old’s fifth DUI since 2009.
