(Pierre, SD) — Three carbon pipeline bills are headed to Governor Noem’s desk. It comes as the bills passed through the House and Senate Wednesday despite passionate opposition. Senate Bill 201 and House Bills 11-85 and 11-86 found final agreement through a conference committee. Republican Representative Will Mortenson, prime sponsor of Senate Bill 201, says “These bills contain solutions,” and “They are 100 percent pro-property rights.” Noem has already given her support for the measures.
