HURON, S.D. –The South Dakota State Fair is pleased to welcome GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce to the SD State Fair Grandstands on Saturday, September 2.
Pearce started her career at 16-years-old on the stages of Dollywood in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Currently, Pearce has earned 2023 ACM nominations for Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year (“Never Wanted to Be That Girl”) and Visual Media of the Year (“What He Didn’t Do”).
Pearce’s top hits include “Every Little Thing,” “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” “What He Didn’t Do,” and “Never Wanted to Be That Girl.”
“This year’s entertainment lineup has shaped up to be one of our best,” says State Fairgrounds Manager, Peggy Besch. “We have a great variety of top-notch entertainment appealing to fairgoers of all ages!”
