(Eagle Butte, SD) — A twice-convicted man will spend at least the next five years behind bars for illegal possession of a firearm. Devin Dolphus of Eagle Butte had pleaded guilty in August of Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person. Dolphus was arrested in March when police found him asleep in a running car at a gas station. A search of the car produced a rifle, along with drugs and drug paraphernalia.
