(Rapid City, SD) — Firefighters from around the world are in Memphis, Tennessee for the Firefighter Challenge Championship Series, including five from Rapid City. One of the firefighters, Morgan Helton of the Rapid City Fire Department, set a Division Two Under 40 women’s world record time of two minutes-and 35-point-73 seconds. The competitions, which started on Monday, will continue until Sunday. Updates from the competition will be posted on the Rapid City Fire Department Facebook page.
