(Coddington Co., SD) — A former Henry teacher is pleading guilty to a single count of sexual contact with a child under 18. Shana Ries faces up to two years in a state correction facility, plus a four-thousand-dollar fine. Four counts against her were dropped in a deal with prosecutors. The judge in the case says Ries self-reported the incident earlier this year. She’s due to be sentenced on August 30th.
