(Pierre, SD) — Governor Noem is throwing more shade at South Dakota news media. The two-term Republican criticized them for not reporting more on immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border. Her anti-immigration agenda has been the biggest point of emphasis for the governor in recent months. The stance is part of an effort to promote the re-election of fellow Republican Donald Trump. Noem just recently visited the southern border last week to meet with South Dakota National Guard troops who were sent to assist in building a border wall.
