(Pierre, SD) — Governor Noem is sharing some strong words after yesterday’s conviction of former President Donald Trump. The South Dakota Republican’s comments came about 20 minutes after the verdict was reached on X, formerly Twitter. She wrote Trump was wrongfully convicted and added, “President Trump did nothing wrong, and even the liberal media knows it.” Noem has been considered a potential running mate for Trump’s run for the White House, however, that seems much less uncertain following backlash over her new book.
