(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem is expanding job opportunities in South Dakota. She signed an executive order this week that allows people without a postsecondary degree to apply for executive branch positions. Noem says she wants to make sure agencies consider work and life experiences during the hiring process. All current and future job postings will be reviewed, and human resources will determine whether a degree is necessary to perform the duties.
