(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem says the United States is under attack as she and other governors claim an invasion is happening at the U.S.-Mexico border. Governor Noem delivered a special address about what she’s seen at the southern border to state lawmakers Wednesday afternoon. She said South Dakota is “directly” impacted by events at the border because people in the state are dying at the hands of cartels. The governor also blamed the Biden administration for the increase in illegal border crossings.
