(Mitchell, SD) — The first hearing is complete for a man charged in the death of a woman at a Mitchell truck stop last month. Anthony Harris from Detroit, Michigan, appeared in court yesterday for an advisory hearing. The 60-year-old faces charges of second-degree murder and burying a body without a permit. Remains now identified as 57-year-old Melody Gooch of Detroit were discovered in the I-90 Travel Center parking lot in Mitchell shortly before 11 p.m. on March 11th.
