Homicide Being Investigated In Huron

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A homicide in Huron is under investigation. Attorney General Marty Jackley says one person is dead and another has been detained. Not much is being said about what exactly happened but 19 squad cars and a SWAT Team were spotted in the southwestern part of the city near 10th Street and Minnesota Avenue S.W. early Thursday morning. The case is being handled by the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation and the Huron Police Department.
