(Sioux Falls, SD) — Families and students in the Sioux Falls School District are getting more help to afford school meals. The nonprofit Hungry Hearts will be matching up to a hundred-thousand dollars in donations meant to help families who don’t quite qualify get access to reduced or free meals. This pledge to the Sioux Falls School District’s Angel Fund was announced yesterday. Leaders say the money is going to support the needs of about 480 kids this school year.
