(Pierre, SD) — All sections of Interstate-90 are back open. The Department of Transportation made the announcement around 7 o’clock this morning. However, travelers should still expect to come across snow and ice-covered roads, as well as drifting snow. Snow-removal equipment will also be making the rounds. Interstate-29, from Watertown to the North Dakota State Line, is still closed.
