(Vermillion, SD) — Actor Jim Belushi is talking cannabis in South Dakota. He was in Vermillion on Monday at the grand opening event for Dakota Herb, a Brandon-based medical marijuana company. Belushi greeted fans and shared his views on the importance of cannabis as a new partner with Dakota Herb. He said, “Everybody knows somebody who’s struggling. Everybody knows somebody who’s screaming inside — and this plant, this wonderful plant, this feminine, gentle plant, really helps in the suffering.” Dakota Herb will be the sole company responsible for growing Belushi’s Farm cannabis strains in South Dakota.
