(Grand Forks, ND) — A man wanted by the FBI is in custody after a seven-hour police standoff in Grand Forks. The standoff began late Monday afternoon at a home on the north side of the city, where authorities went to arrest 32-year-old Collin Posey on state and federal drug warrants. Police used tear gas and flash-bangs to try to get Posey to surrender, and he eventually jumped through the open window of a nearby apartment, where SWAT officers entered and arrested him. Posey will likely face more charges related to the standoff.
