(Mitchell, SD) — The man accused of a murdering a woman at a Mitchell truck stop is being formally charged. Anthony Harris is back in South Dakota after authorities tracked him down two weeks ago in Washington State. The 60-year-old is charged with murder and burying a body without a permit. According to court documents, Harris repeatedly ran over a woman he’d been traveling with, then left her body hidden behind a truck stop. His first court hearing in South Dakota has not been scheduled.
