(Turner County, SD) — A Marion man is facing life in prison after being convicted on 46 criminal charges against a child. A Turner County jury found 60-year-old Daniel Leroy Ringuette guilty on all counts which include first degree rape domestic, aggravated incest and sexual contact with a child under 16 domestic. Attorney General Jackley thanked law enforcement and prosecutors for their work on the case and the jury for the its verdict. Ringuette’s sentencing is scheduled for July 25th.
