(Rapid City, SD) — Crews are battling a wildfire in western South Dakota. The McGee Fire started in the early-morning hours yesterday southwest of Rapid City. Officials say it has grown close to 50 acres in size before they were able to get things under control. Strong winds have made fighting the fire challenging as crews try to keep it from spreading. The cause of the fire is still unknown and under investigation.
