(Yankton, SD) — The body of a missing Yankton man has been found in the Missouri River. Phillip Snoozy had been missing since May 24th after going swimming. According to the Yankton County Sheriff’s Office, a Nebraska boater spotted his body on the South Dakota shoreline Sunday afternoon and alerted authorities. Officials reported it was about a quarter mile east of the James River. Snoozy’s death is still under investigation with the help of the Cedar County, Nebraska Sheriff’s Office.
