(Sioux Falls, SD) — The investigation into allegations against the Mitchell American Legion baseball program is complete. South Dakota’s top prosecutor made the announcement yesterday. Attorney General Marty Jackley says the investigation is now being reviewed by top prosecutors. Details were not released because juveniles were involved, but we know the allegations include sexual assault. Just last week, the Mitchell Baseball Association canceled the varsity team’s season.
