(Rapid City, SD) — The investigation into the Mitchell Legion Baseball team for alleged rape has an update. Six men are being charged with rape as adults. This comes after a court appearance in Pennington County Tuesday, where the alleged crimes took place after a game in Rapid City. But three of them were under 18 at the time of the incident and are asking to have their cases moved to juvenile court. A future hearing is going to be held for that request which is set for July first through the third.
