(Fargo, ND) — The case of a West Fargo man accused of killing his wife is now in the hands of the jury. Spencer Moen is accused of murdering his wife during an argument at their home in August 2023. The jury began deliberating Tuesday afternoon, adjourned for the evening and will resume in the morning. It could either acquit Moen — or — find him guilty of either murder or negligent homicide. The latter charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a ten-thousand-dollar fine.
