(Sioux Falls, SD) — It’s the latest sign of the change in seasons. Sioux Falls has begun its yearly mosquito spray. The Sioux Falls Health Department’s Dominic Miller says mosquitoes are “not our friends,” and he says he hopes to spray as many of them as possible this year. The fear is, of course, West Nile. But Miller says they are also targeting non-West Nile mosquitoes as well. A crew of about 20 from the health department will be in charge of mosquito spraying this summer.
