(Minnehaha County, SD) — The recount of three Republican primary races in the Minnehaha County primary is complete and none of the races flipped. After the recount, Corey Rehfeldt won the Precinct 2-03 committeeman race. Brian Mulder and Keri Weems both advanced in the District 11 State Representative race. And Dean Karsky held on to the second-place spot over Roger Russell in the county commissioner race. He actually widened his lead after the recount board opted to count 132 absentee ballots that had originally been rejected.
