(Pierre, SD) — The start of spring has yet to arrive in South Dakota with another blast of winter weather. Winter storm warnings, blizzard warnings and winter weather advisories are in effect from the National Weather Service for nearly every county. More snow is expected to accumulate with increased winds through today. The South Dakota Highway Patrol is warning drivers to avoid getting on the road if possible through tomorrow morning, especially for central and southern areas like Pierre, Huron and Mitchell currently under those blizzard warnings.
