Noem Signs Gun Executive Order While At NRA Convention

(Pierre, SD) — Governor Noem is clarifying gun policies in South Dakota. Noem signed an executive order Friday that restricts state agencies from forming relationships with large banks that discriminate against firearm-related industries, including Bank of America and Citibank. Noem signed the order while attending the annual NRA convention in Indianapolis. The governor spoke at the convention, laying out her position against gun control measures.
