Noem To Speak At NRA Leadership Forum, Attend Convention

(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is speaking at this year’s National Rifle Association leadership forum. She was presented with the 2023 NRA Distinguished Hunters Leadership Award yesterday evening in Indianapolis and is attending the convention today. NRA officials say she is being honored for her “accomplishments in promoting hunters and hunting,” along with her support of the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. She is expected to sign an executive order today that will “further protect Second Amendment rights in South Dakota.”
