OSHA Investigating Worksite Accident

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A man is dead after a worksite accident in Codington County. Sheriff’s officials say the 47-year-old man was struck by an excavator bucket. He was pronounced dead at Prairie Lakes Hospital. OSHA is investigating.
