(Pierre, SD) — Two former South Dakota Department of Revenue employees are giving their pleas for charges in connection to a fraud investigation. Both 64-year-old Lynne Hunsley and 51-year-old Danielle Degenstein plead not guilty during their appearances in court. Hunsley is facing fraud charges, while Degenstein has been charged with misprision of a felony. They are both scheduled to appear in court over the next two months. The two Pierre women were indicted back in October on the fraud-related charges connected to crimes from when they were both employees of the state DOR.
