(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls Police will not release any more details related to the toddler who died after falling out of a hotel window. This comes after KELOLAND news requested addition information about the incident like if the window was open or if the toddler fell through a screen. A Sioux Falls public information officer responded and said the evidence shows that this was tragic accident and there will be no criminal charges filed. The investigation is complete and the department will not be releasing the report or further details. A celebration of life for Madden Hein is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Jackson County Central High School main gym in Jackson, Minnesota.
