(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota might add a new hunter safety color. Blaze pink could soon be legally recognized. The color was endorsed in a bill by the South Dakota House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee Tuesday. It was approved by an 11-1 vote and now moves on to the House. State Republican Representative Jessica Bahmuller says the legislation aims to provide hunters with an alternative to the traditional blaze orange.
